Job purpose

o    To Create, design and analyze daily as well as monthly MIS reports and charts for the entire Retail products (Cards, Loans, RODs, Insurance, Account and SBL)
o    Act as the sales focal point of coordination between sales team and other support departments on a daily basis.
o    Prepare and circulate months Sales dashboard, reflecting month on month traction of numbers from.

Key result areas

o    Ensure reports (Direct Sales summary, RBG Sales, Attendance summary and Product Status reports) are sent out to all Sales channels.
o    Take care of all fresh and resubmissions and rectify any rejected reasons that can be fixed on the spot and communicate with team leaders if there’s any extra documentation required.
o    Portfolio and acquisition analysis to be done and shared with all channels.
o    TAT monitoring of all products, ensuring end to end TAT for customer delivery is met or escalated otherwise.
o    Maintain accurate current and historical data and predict trends and goal achievements.
o    Prepare the monthly sales incentive report and follow it up with finance department to ensure timely disbursal & accuracy of incentives paid for the sales staff.
o    Assist all teams to identify possible solutions and coordinate with them for a smoother process
o    Participate in weekly sales meeting to provide inputs and areas of improvement.
o    Other duties as may be required from time to time
o    Facilitate by screening all asset product cases to minimize rejection trends and increase first time disbursals of cases.
o    Work on data cuts and carving out lists for x-sell and increasing productivity.

Knowledge, skills & experience

o    Bachelor Degree holder
o    3-5 years relevant experience
o    Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows environment and relational databases
o    Sound IT background and ability to evaluate and resolve technical problems
o    Ability to understand and evaluate business processes
