British Petroleum is looking for IT Service Manager for Budapest (Hungary) based location.
The IT Service Manager GBS Europe will work directly with the IT&S Service Delivery Manager to ensure IT&S and BU strategies are aligned and create a roadmap and portfolio of service options for high added value solutions
Job Profile:
- Provide assurance to BU that IT&S activities conducted at the site comply with local site HSSE requirements for operational and planned activities undertaken
- Manage IT&S GOI planned work ( Projects and Changes ) impacting site
- Providing quality assurance over IT&S operations and project delivery, providing focus and prioritisation on a pragmatic basis, ensuring projects are supported and delivered
- Articulate to site stakeholders upcoming IT&S GOI projects and potential site impact, facilitating local deployment
- Integrate IT&S project planning with GBS project planning to ensure alignment using PlanView for IT&S projects and site projects pipeline from IT&S GBSE Service Delivery Manager
- Review Requests for Change (RFCs) at Change Management Board for impact to site and request approvals from IT&S GBSE Service Delivery Manager / Application owners as appropriate - Ensure that impact of GOI IT&S activities is communicated to relevant stakeholders on siteo Engage IT&S Service Domains with upcoming site business projects that require IT&S resources
- Negotiate and agree with IT&S GBSE Service Delivery Manager the most effective business-facing Performance indicators for IT&S support services to control cost and maintain efficient operations
- Accountable for scoping, initiating and being the GOI SPA for end to end delivery of programmes and projects
- Regularly report to the on GOI IT&S performance through the use of Key Performance Indicators and Service level Agreements
