Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 7+ yrs relevant progressive finance experience post Bachelor's Degree; Management experience highly desired
- Proven ability to interact and influence key leaders in a dynamic business environment.
- Significant experience in financial accounting, management accounting, financial analysis, financial modeling, planning, forecasting and management reporting
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in making decisions and implementing change
- Detail orientated with strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills; able to engage and motivate team in an ever-changing environment
