Job Profile & Experience:

Minimum Professional Experience: 8 – 10 Years of Analytics / Reporting / Finance Ops/Service Delivery/Quality or Performance Assurance  

Qualifications and other key skills/competencies:• Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CPA/ CIA/CISA Masters in Commerce/MBA in Finance - preferred qualifications/Certifications
• Excellent leadership, inter-personal, communication and presentation skills
• Theoretical understanding of finance and HP financial systems – good to have
• Strong international, inter-cultural and people skills
• Strong conceptual knowledge around KPIs/SOW attributes, Performance Management or Service Delivery

• Ability to work in an extremely complex environment & across multiple time-zones
• Attention to detail with focus on quality and accuracy – Quality techniques/Lean Six Sigma/ Black Belt certification  Highly preferred
• Ability to handle work autonomously
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving and data-analysis skills
• Ability to influence and persuade senior management/executives
• Project management and consulting experience – preferred

·   Inquisitive mindset; Innovative thinking; Able to take initiative (self-motivated) and work independently

·   Strong data analytical skills; Prior experience with data mining and extraction techniques (e.g., ACL, SQL); Strong computer skills (e.g., Access/Excel/PowerPoint)

·   Practical/process experience for problem diagnosis and variance analysis

·   International and multi-cultural mindset

·   Team player; Ability to multi-task

·   Ability to influence multiple organizations within a broad scope, typically interacting with senior management/executives – Sr. Managers, Directors and Vice President
