Total Rewards Specialist

Company: Ericsson 

Location: Gurgaon, India

Job Profile:
- Delivers Total Rewards services globally
- Advices on/ executes the different steps in the TR process e.g. annual salary revision, off cycle payments, variable pay etc.
- Ensuring that SLAs are met as per the agreement.
- Case handling process
- Ericsson HR Processes
- TR Processes

 Required Skills and Experience
- 5 to 6 years of experience from Total Rewards process e.g. annual salary revision, off cycle payments, variable pay etc.
- Experience from interaction with internal stakeholders on different levels
- An interest for, and ability to learn about, annual salary revision process, comp ratio, job roles, stages, link to pay etc.
- Experience from process driven annual salary revision, off cycle payroll, variable pay
- Basic Knowledge global Job Evaluation systems e.g. Hay, Mercer, WW etc.
- General Ericsson knowledge is preferred
- MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Presenting & communicating information, Leading & empowering, Accountability, Networking, Deciding & initiating action, Adhering to principles & values, Analysing, Delivering results & meeting customer expectations, Planning & organizing, Administrative skills & Detail oriented, Following instructions & procedures, Service oriented, Ability to manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work

 Qualification : Bachelor/ Master Degree in HR or equivalent educaation
