Job Profile:
- Works in value engineering of budgets in operation to maximize returns.
- Keep track of the site deployment plans and customer demands to ensure timely supply of cost-effective materials at project sites.
- Seek feedback from internal customers at Circle and Finance to improve delivery and support operations.
- Work closely with Circle Deployment and O&M team to understand unique challenges for the Circle and streamline processes while adhering to Corporate Process mandates.
- Conduct demand forecasting for the circle to ensure timely availability of materials in a cost effective manner.
- Ensure procurement of good-quality material, such as Tower construction material, DG set, shelters etc. within TAT at the required sites.
- Ensure contracts involve provision of end-to-end services to minimize installation and maintenance costs.
- Provide inputs to Corporate procurement team for design of tenders to ensure incorporation of circle requirements.
- Monitor design and approval of cost-effective rate / work contracts for new items while meeting Infratel guidelines and quality requirements for materials.
- Prevent material shortage by identify alternative options of material procurement.
- Evaluate new vendors for procurement and transport of materials.
- Track the performance of partners and vendors and ensure adherence to service agreements.
Required Skills and Experience
- B.E. / B.Tech
- 8 to 10 years of experience in handling Opex, Procurement, Capex, AMC, Warehousing/Logistics.
- Maximum Age - 32 years
- Excellent Analytical & communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high performing teams.
- Respond to evolving business needs with speed.
- Build trust in relationships with all stake holders in the ecosystem
