Experience: 4 years

Job Profile:
- Responsible for end to end Problem Management

- Strong troubleshooting skills with SIP / H.323 / ISDN protocol

- Co-coordinating with L3 Engineers for the further analysis of the Service Requests.

- Lead-managing Change Management teams of complex solutions with stringent SLAs on HCC platform components like Cisco CVP, CUCM, ICM, VXML gateways

- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Administration

- Responsible for all Changes on all components of Cisco based hosted contact center platform solution

- Knowledge of MS Exchange server administration and Patch management

- Co-coordinating with L3 Engineers for the further analysis of the Service Requests.
