Job Profile:
- Candidate should Native of J&K or Knowledge of Geography would be preferred
- Candidate will be responsible to lead and manage as HR business partner for for 100 +On Roll Employees & 300 Off Roll Employees
- Work for Organisations talent management strategy
- Recognize capability building opportunities in the organization
- Engaging with participants to facilitate transfer of learning at workplace.
- Developing & Ensuring successful implementation for various OD interventions (For Onroll employees including Hi-Pots, associates)
- Ability to set example of adding value both as an individual contributor and as a team leader
- Willingness to travel to Zonal Locations 4-5 Days in a month
