• Class 1 Certificate of Competency ( Master Foreign Going) from a recognized institution.
• 8 years Pilotage/Oil Terminal experience in handling ULCCs/VLCCs at SPM berths with Loading Mater experience.
• Has served as Chief Officer for 5 years on tankers or in Command of tankers for two years.
• Experience of SPM & Offshore Terminal maintenance.
