Qualification:
- Senior Relationship/Credit Manager with a minimum of 5 years Banking experience
- Ideally someone who has previously held a Credit Approval Discretion
- Tertiary qualified, ideally with Professional (CPA/CA) and / or Post Graduate qualifications with technically relevant skills (i.e. accounting, Finance, credit risk)
- Collaborative approach looking for ways to enhance current process and procedures
- Ability to understand key risks and make time critical decisions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent listening and interpreting skills
- Good negotiating, influencing and conflict management skills
