Based in Ottawa and reporting to the Board of Directors, the
President and CEO will provide executive leadership in championing EDC’s
evolving domestic and international role as a leading trade
facilitator, working to support and develop the capacity of more than
7,400 Canadian exporters and investors in responding to international
business opportunities in up to 200 markets worldwide.
Providing guidance and leadership to an eight person executive team
for this 1250 employee organization, the President and CEO will combine a
passion and focus for business with outstanding management and
strategic leadership skills, ensuring the fulfillment of EDC’s mandate
and the management of its assets.
