Job Profile: Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be required to look after new starters and terminations, run off cycle pays, update employee records, interpret and evaluate EBA's, and also run the pays for about 700 on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis. As you gain a foothold in the team, cross training will be done across the full function for you to process Super, PAYG and Payroll tax calculations and post them into the G/L.
You will be an experienced and knowledgeable candidate who can demonstrate stability in previous roles through clear long tenures. You will have had exposure to large Payroll systems such as Micropay or Chris21, strong attention to detail and service commitment to staff.
