for Aurora, Illinois, United States. The candidate will be responsible for maintain
administration files, process on invoices, provide various reports to seniors,
maintain warranty files and submit claims on time, dispatch work orders,
receive customer request on telephone and internet, maintain scheduled
maintenance logs, participation in national call center queue, as well the
candidate will be self motivated, able to handle multiple tasks, required high
level accuracy, excellent official skills, command on computer skills with knowledge
of MS office and knowledge of AS400 system as a plus point.
