Job Profile:
1. As part of the recruitment team you will primarily interact with Software Developers based in the U.S
2. Source, Identify prospective I.T candidates using various job portals.
3. Ensure that the candidates resume appropriately reflects candidate's required experience and perform required checks.
4. To conduct initial Interviews by phone to determine the candidates experience and skill levels
5. keep the sourced candidates and sales team informed over the status at all times.
6. Negotiate commercial terms, rates with Software developer and IT Companies.
7. Work and Co-ordinate with the internal sales team.
8. Routinely updating the MIS system.
9. Generate Weekly & Monthly Reports.
10. MBA HR with 0-1 year of experience or freshers can apply.
